Continued Education Sessions

Education is a vital part of each of our professional careers. As health care and emergency services providers, our patients rely on our clinical and didactic expertise. The LVH MedEvac Flight Team is dedicated to helping provide high quality education to the health care and emergency services providers in our communities. The LVH MedEvac flight team provides a MedEvac Case Study presentation at the beginning of the regional EMS Con-Ed sessions held at the Lehigh Valley Hospital. Each of these case studies involves local providers and agencies that requested MedEvac to fly a patient to a tertiary care center. A review of the case is presented and a follow through of care is presented from the time of the MedEvac request until the time of patient disposition. Regional continued education credits are awarded.
